※第三方訂房平台或其他預訂管道,將不適用以下官網預訂取消政策。
※完成預訂後,請確認是否收到訂房通知簡訊/信件,如需協助請致電訂房中心。
※繳費期限為訂房後24小時,未於時效內使用點數或刷卡支付訂單30%款項訂金,系統將自動取消訂單並釋出訂房,請貴賓重新操作訂房。
※若會員點數未達訂金額度,請點選支付訂單全額;或點選支付訂金作業,完成刷卡後來電客服做點數折抵。
※如預訂當天欲入住訂單未付款僅能保留至下午15:00。
※官網房價包含稅金及服務費,發票如有統編開立需求請於入住時提出,發票開立7日內僅提供一次更改,並請妥善留存紙本發票。

依照觀光局訂房定型化契約規定,訂單成立後旅店將收取約定房費作為訂房擔保,旅客解除契約時,應通知業者,並得要求業者依下列基準處理:
預先支付訂金者,餘款將於入住首日支付。
預訂取消規則如下:
1. 旅客於約定住宿前3日通知取消者,可退款100%已付金額。
2. 旅客於約定住宿前1-2日通知取消者,扣款已付訂金50%後,可申請退費。
3. 旅客於約定住宿當日通知取消或未如期入住者(No Show),恕不退還已付訂金。如旅客已支付全額房費,超出訂金部分將退還。
4. 約定住宿抵達3日內,如需修改訂單內容,若產生額外成本(如房型價差、行政作業費),將另行告知費用;若無成本變動,免費修改。
5.住房當日若遇氣象局發佈陸上颱風警報(旅客之出發地、抵達地、或是旅途必經途中任何一區位於公告之警戒區域),於警報解除前可提供全數退款,亦可全額保留於申請日後一年內住房折抵使用。
※如選擇保留款項,請務必於保留期間內使用,逾期未使用者,旅館將依旅客要求無息退還保留款項。
※匯款退費之手續費由收款人負擔,如需協助出款證明,請洽客服中心。
※退款作業需7-14天工作日,如遇例假日或國定假日將順延作業流程,還請貴賓耐心等候。

Hotel cancellation policy
※ Third-party booking platforms (Online Travel Agent) does not apply to the cancellation policy on the official website.
※ After completing the reservation, please confirm whether you have received the reservation notification SMS/letter. If you need assistance, please call the reservation center.
※ Please pay the outstanding payment in 72hrs or your reservation will be cancelled automatically. If so, please reserve it again.
※ The price on the official website includes taxes and service fees.
※ If there is a demand for tax ID of invoices, please put forward at the time of check-in. Only one change is provided within 7 days after the invoice is issued, and please properly keep the invoice.

In accordance with the standardized contract for hotel reservations set by the Taiwan Tourism Administration, once a reservation is confirmed, the hotel will collect a portion of the total room charge as a deposit to secure the booking.
If the guest wishes to cancel the reservation, they must notify the hotel and may request a refund in accordance with the following policy:
For guests who have paid a deposit in advance, the remaining balance shall be paid on the check-in date.

Cancellation Rules:
1.For cancellations made 3 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.
2.For cancellations made 1–2 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, 50% of the paid deposit will be deducted as a cancellation fee; the remaining amount may be refunded upon request.
3.For cancellations made on the check-in date or in case of no-show, the full deposit will be forfeited. If the guest has paid the full room charge in advance, the portion exceeding the deposit will be refunded.
4.For reservation changes requested within 3 days prior to check-in, if any additional cost arises (e.g., room type difference, administrative processing fee), such cost will be informed and charged separately.If there is no cost difference, changes will be made free of charge.
5.In the event that the Central Weather Administration issues a land-based typhoon warning for either the guest’s departure location, destination, or any area along the travel route on the scheduled check-in date, guests may choose:
①A full refund, or
②Full retention of the paid amount, which may be used as credit toward a future stay within one year from the application date.
Additional Notes:
※ If you choose to retain the payment for future use, please ensure that it is used within the one-year validity period. After expiration, any unused amount will be refunded upon request, without interest.
※ Any remittance or transfer fee incurred during the refund process shall be borne by the recipient. If you need a remittance proof, please contact our customer service.
※ Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days. Processing time may be extended during weekends or national holidays. Thank you for your patience.
